400G OSFP DR4+ transceiver modules are designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet links on up to 2km of single mode fiber. They are compliant with the OSFP MSA, IEEE 802.3bs and 100G Lambda MSA.
The 2km 400G OSFP DR4+ part is similar to the 100-meter MMS4X00-NS400, only extensively tested up to 2km use cases and may employ a different error correction scheme.
